We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and patient care. In order to maintain this, we have established the following financial policies.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Interac. Dr. McGaw and all of our dentists, follow the current fee guide as set by the British Columbia Dental Association. We work hard to ensure that there are never any surprises regarding our dental fees and make sure that our patients are well informed before and work is started.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment
We ask that payment is made upfront. While we do offer assistance with your insurance claims, we ask that payment is made is full at the time of your appointment.
If your insurance company has any questions regarding your treatment, we are happy to give them the answers they need so you receive your reimbursement.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
